Translate ambiguous business needs into actionable analytics strategies, present findings to executives, deliver training, and guide technical and non-technical stakeholders. Own end-to-end analytics for Chewy's Pharmacy and related businesses: deliver deep-dive analyses, build self-service dashboards and KPIs, partner with finance and engineering to enable new data sources, conduct QA/UAT, and produce documentation and training to drive customer experience and financial outcomes.

Track, analyze, and report KPIs for a digital commerce workstream; identify trends and opportunities; define and track OKRs; create data-driven action plans; lead improvement projects; prioritize and define reporting; present insights to stakeholders and partner cross-functionally.
