Develops insights on strategic alignment, resources, investment, performance, cycle times, and risk using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI-assisted development.

Lead administration and architecture of the Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT database to ensure data integrity, integrations, governance and reporting. Build data strategy and 360-degree donor profiles, create complex queries/exports, manage ETL and integrations, support fundraising and alumni engagement campaigns, drive adoption and KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM, analytics, and technology roadmap.

Build and maintain Rayda’s data warehouse, analytics infrastructure, data models, transformation layers, pipelines, and workflows. Integrate product, billing, and customer interaction data from multiple platforms, improve data quality and governance, and create reliable datasets and analytical models. Enable self-service analytics and collaborate with Product, Growth, Commercial, and leadership teams to uncover usage patterns, churn risks, and expansion opportunities.

Build, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize SSRS reports using client data sources. Develop Power BI dashboards, datasets, and data models with DAX and Power Query. Gather reporting requirements directly from business stakeholders and deliver accurate, performant reporting solutions. This is a three-to-six-month onsite contract in Houston, Texas.

Analyzes multi-channel marketing performance, conversion funnels, landing pages, and A/B tests to identify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities. Builds recurring reports and executive-ready insights using large datasets, SQL, and advanced Excel. Partners with marketing, analytics, data, and operations teams to guide strategic decisions, improve data quality, and connect marketing metrics to revenue, unit economics, and company KPIs.

Lead scientific data architecture for biopharmaceutical client platforms. Develop information models, scalable relational and NoSQL integration strategies, analytics environments, ontologies, and taxonomies. Translate architectures for technical and business audiences, abstract common solutions across client environments, and serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader for scientific data modeling methodologies.
