Design and implement scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Build and orchestrate ETL/ELT pipelines, develop Power BI reports and DAX, optimize T-SQL and KQL queries, model data for Lakehouse/warehouse architectures, integrate varied data sources with Spark/PySpark, automate processes, ensure governance and security, and troubleshoot pipeline issues.

Act as a technical liaison across departments to identify repetitive tasks, build automation (Python/GAS), extract and manipulate data, maintain SOPs, perform self-QA, and proactively report project status to stakeholders.

Provide data analytics and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for the USMS JSD BIC. Design databases and data systems, integrate apps with M365/Azure, develop/maintain SharePoint, support users, troubleshoot, and help draft aligned policies. Onsite in Arlington, VA; requires obtaining a Public Trust.

Manage and improve school data systems and protocols (PowerSchool, SWIS), configure reports, define operational metrics, perform cross-system analysis, produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports, develop training and SOPs, and coordinate with leadership and compliance teams to improve operations.

Perform business process and data analyses, translate requirements for technical teams, support regulatory reporting and compliance, collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements and policies, run UAT, and provide post-implementation support.

Lead enterprise data management strategy, build an MDM function, establish governance, data quality, metadata and stewardship programs, select and integrate MDM tools with ERP/CRM, mentor a centralized data team, drive data architecture and roadmaps, and align stakeholders to improve data accessibility for analytics and operations.
