Partners with pricing, technology, and merchant teams to implement enterprise pricing frameworks, optimize promotions and markdowns, identify automation opportunities, and support strategic initiatives. Leads cross-functional projects, manages risks and timelines, communicates with senior leadership, and helps achieve sales and margin objectives.

Lead strategic customer research planning and execution, guide and coach analysts, manage vendors, design large qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesize data into actionable insights and compelling narratives to influence business decisions.

Lead pricing strategy and execution across base, promotions, markdowns, Pro pricing, and credit for assigned categories. Advise merchandising leaders, use advanced analytics and AI tools to optimize pricing across product lifecycle, drive KPI performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage a team to improve pricing processes and outcomes.

Support execution of Core Installation services by analyzing sales and operational metrics, building recurring and ad hoc reports, partnering with merchants and field teams, supporting program rollouts, validating selling system enhancements, and developing playbooks and communications to drive consistent store execution and improved sales performance.

Partner with Pricing Manager and merchants to develop and execute end-to-end pricing strategies across base, promotions, markdowns, Pro pricing, and credit. Use advanced analytics, AI-driven tools, and financial modeling to optimize pricing throughout the product lifecycle, deliver actionable insights, influence merchant decisions, and drive profitable sales growth while automating and improving processes.

Lead tracking, analyzing, and reporting digital commerce KPIs for a marketplace workstream. Create insights, prioritize reporting, define OKRs, lead projects, and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Analyze site search, browse behavior, and navigation to surface insights and recommendations that improve product findability and engagement. Track key metrics, support A/B tests and UAT/QC, develop taxonomy and faceted navigation, collaborate with IT/product/data science, and mentor junior analysts.
