Performs data profiling, quality analysis, governance, metadata and lineage management, and Master Data Management support. Collaborates with data owners, stewards, business stakeholders, and technical teams to resolve issues and improve governance processes. Maintains glossaries, dictionaries, controls, metrics, and reports; supports enterprise data initiatives, communications, training, and stakeholder adoption. Provides guidance to less experienced analysts while applying governance standards and documenting business requirements.

Analyzes and documents ERP business and technical requirements, develops Workday financial and operational reports and dashboards, improves processes, validates data accuracy, supports system implementations and upgrades, and partners with finance, IT, product owners, and vendors on Workday solutions and lifecycle management.

Monitor and triage enterprise data pipeline incidents, investigate root causes, assess downstream impact, and coordinate escalations through resolution. Administer the Pantomath data observability platform, configure monitors and alerts, onboard pipelines, maintain integrations, and reduce alert noise. Communicate outage status and resolution timelines to stakeholders, document incidents and RCAs, support post-incident reviews, and conduct shift handoffs within a shift-based operations model.
