Wipfli Compensation & Benefits Highlights

  • Retirement Support — Employer matching and profit-sharing in the 401(k) are emphasized, with mentions of matching up to 6% plus additional profit sharing and relatively low fees. Feedback suggests this is one of the most attractive components of the package.
  • Leave & Time Off Breadth — Flexible Time Off (unlimited/flexible PTO) is highlighted as a strong perk, and the firm notes safeguards to encourage taking time away (e.g., alerts when no time off for 90 days). Feedback suggests employees can plan time off with fewer rigid caps.
  • Parental & Family Support — Offerings span paid parental leave, family-care leave, and family-formation benefits covering fertility, adoption, and surrogacy. These components are consistently described as relatively comprehensive.
