Analyze malware, binary files, customer detection tickets, and machine learning detections to improve detection efficacy and reduce false positives. Review product detections, assess binary legitimacy, address internal detection questions, and provide insights to data science teams. The role collaborates with technical account managers, incident response teams, data scientists, and malware researchers. Required capabilities include malware analysis, reverse engineering, Python scripting, binary fundamentals, threat assessment, research methods, operating systems, and AI-assisted workflow improvement.

Lead planning, deployment, configuration, and operational support of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform. Implement and troubleshoot endpoint and platform integrations, develop scripts using Falcon APIs, assist with vulnerability and asset management, integrate Falcon with customer tooling, and support Incident Response and forensic collectors. Engage with customers, plan projects, and provide ongoing operational support.

Build and operate a scalable integrations platform for data connectors (file, websocket, REST) ingesting large volumes with low latency. Design and optimize distributed, multi-region systems, contribute SDKs and connector runtime, support production reliability, participate in cross-team initiatives, and follow best practices (testing, CI/CD, code review).

Lead delivery of strategic cybersecurity advisory engagements, including security program assessments, incident response exercises, maturity improvement plans, policy and risk framework development, and executive-facing reports. The role involves engaging technical and senior stakeholders, identifying emerging cybersecurity trends, contributing thought leadership, and managing multiple projects. Candidates need 4–10 years of relevant consulting, security program, security operations, risk analysis, policy, or government affairs experience, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel up to 30%.

Design and build scalable backend services and data pipelines for a globally distributed risk platform.
