The Sales Engineer will support pre-sales technical activities, qualify opportunities, create assessment reports, and train partners. They will work collaboratively with sales teams to drive revenue and assist in market assessments, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

Design and train LLMs and agentic systems for cybersecurity using RLHF/RLAIF and supervised fine-tuning. Build agent architectures, tooling, retrieval/memory, and evaluation pipelines with rigorous statistical benchmarking. Optimize prompts and inference, collaborate with engineers to productionize prototypes, and drive research on agent planning, safety, and reliability.

Build and operate a scalable integrations platform for data connectors ingesting petabytes/day. Design and develop distributed, multi-region systems in Go/Python, implement connectors (REST, WebSocket, file), ensure high availability, optimize performance/cost, support production incidents, and drive cross-team platform initiatives and SDK improvements.

Conduct cloud-focused Red Team/Blue Team (CRTBT) engagements, emulating adversary TTPs against customer cloud environments, collaborate with client SOC/IR teams, manage engagements end-to-end, develop automation and tooling for adversary emulation, and recommend long-term enhancements to improve cloud detection and response.

Support Falcon Intel Recon customers by triaging and escalating findings, guiding customers on intelligence output, advocating customer feedback to product teams, and leading process improvements to maximize customer success and renewals.

Lead planning, deployment, and operational support for CrowdStrike Falcon cloud security modules (CWP, CSPM, ASPM, SSPM). Perform implementations, scripting, IaC, container and CI/CD integrations, troubleshooting, customer training, mentorship, cross-team coordination, and support incident response and compromise assessments.

Create polished intelligence reporting by transforming complex quantitative and qualitative cyber threat data into clear narratives for technical and executive audiences. Produce regular weekly/monthly/quarterly products and two annual flagship reports, analyze trends, produce statistics and visual summaries, collaborate with analysts, manage deadlines autonomously, and help evolve AI-assisted analysis and writing workflows.

Lead EMEA insider risk investigations and assessments, identify threats to people and assets, conduct interviews and evidence analysis, brief stakeholders, develop mitigation strategies and training, and collaborate with InfoSec, HR, Legal, and IT to strengthen insider risk controls and awareness.

Perform advanced threat hunting and tailored cyber threat intelligence for assigned customers, research dark web data, deliver briefings and recommendations, respond to ad-hoc requests, and build trusted customer partnerships while improving hunting services and collaborating across teams.

Provide technical liaison and end-to-end troubleshooting for CrowdStrike cloud services. Resolve customer issues via phone/email/chat/remote access, escalate and document bugs, create knowledge-base content, collaborate with engineering, and act as subject-matter expert for a product feature while driving customer success and process improvements.
