You will work closely with partners across Information Security, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, and other business functions to investigate concerns, manage risk, and strengthen protective measures. We are looking for a creative, collaborative, and motivated security professional with an interest in insider risk, investigations, counterintelligence, risk management, and national security.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, assess, and communicate potential threats, vulnerabilities, and risks involving CrowdStrike’s workforce, information, systems, and operations.

  • Conduct detailed and impartial investigations, including employee interviews, evidence analysis, documentation, and preparation of clear findings and recommendations.

  • Brief identified risks and investigative findings to stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

  • Develop and implement practical risk mitigation strategies, including security and insider risk awareness materials, newsletters, case studies, briefings, and targeted communications.

  • Lead outreach and risk management initiatives in partnership with Information Security, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology, and other business functions.

  • Monitor relevant industry, threat, legal, and regulatory developments and help integrate applicable insights into Insider Risk and Global Security processes.

  • Deliver Insider Risk and other Security training to employees in the region.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in insider threat or insider risk, intelligence analysis, corporate security, investigations, government security, risk management, or a related field.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience conducting interviews, writing investigative reports, and presenting complex issues to varied audiences.

  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the judgment to assess sensitive situations and develop proportionate, practical recommendations.

  • Familiarity with insider risk principles, investigative practices, cybersecurity concepts, and the ways people, processes, and technology intersect within a security program.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote, global environment while building trusted relationships across teams, functions, and organisational levels.

  • Proficiency in open-source intelligence research and familiarity with threat intelligence, investigative, or security-related tools.

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience within government, military, intelligence, law enforcement, defence contracting, or another national security environment.

  • Applied experience conducting insider risk, fraud, counterintelligence, corporate security, or other complex investigations.

  • Applied experience developing and delivering security education, training, awareness campaigns, or workforce communications.
