Manage project milestones, timelines, budgets, and documentation; gather and translate business requirements; configure software; train clients; resolve application issues; build stakeholder relationships to drive adoption and long-term success.

Lead and manage a Customer Success program and team for BlackLine onboarded customers to drive adoption, prevent churn, enable expansion, and deliver process-optimization solutions.
