Leads UFCU’s strategic growth and new partnership function, including market expansion, prospect cultivation, pipeline development, executive relationship building, partnership strategy, negotiations, and cross-functional execution. Develops market-entry plans, oversees partnership metrics and budgets, represents UFCU externally, and leads the Strategic Growth Business Development team. Focus areas include higher education, healthcare, employer groups, and community institutions.
