Leads commercial and technical strategy for CoreWeave’s AI infrastructure offerings, driving new customer wins involving GPU compute, high-speed networking, Kubernetes, and platform reliability. Translates customer requirements into compute and networking roadmap priorities, develops deal structures and technical playbooks, supports GPU reservation negotiations, and serves as an expert advisor on cluster architecture, network fabrics, performance, capacity, and distributed training.

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for owning and growing strategic customer relationships, leading multi-year account strategies, and managing complex technology negotiations with C-level executives.

The Account Solution Architect will engage with AI labs and enterprises to design and present infrastructure solutions, conduct technical discovery, and lead proof-of-concept sessions while supporting account expansion.

Owns commercial and technical strategy for CoreWeave Omni, a managed cloud region deployed in customer or partner facilities. Identifies and qualifies enterprise, partner, and sovereign AI opportunities; structures complex multi-year deals; engages executives; and coordinates engineering, operations, legal, and finance. The role develops deployment, SLA, capacity, licensing, and partner-resell frameworks while translating customer requirements around sovereignty, residency, and delivery into product roadmap feedback.

Manage a portfolio of 15–30 active billing customers across CoreWeave infrastructure and Weights & Biases software. Drive retention, renewals, and expansion by building multi-threaded relationships, monitoring account health and usage, forecasting revenue, negotiating commercial deals, and coordinating technical and cross-functional resources to resolve issues and unlock growth.
