Serve as the single point of contact for brokers and clients to manage and grow a 2-5K lives book. Coordinate cross-functional delivery, support renewals and retention, identify cross-sell and plan-change opportunities, analyze performance and present insights, and maintain accurate account documentation in Salesforce.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will manage sales for group benefits, build client relationships, and engage with local consultants to drive growth.

Partner with sales, product, marketing, and distribution teams to drive growth of MetLife's voluntary and core benefits for regional accounts under 1000. Provide benefits and enrollment expertise, lead account planning, deliver sales training, support strategic meetings, and monitor performance to recommend solutions.

Sell and manage group benefits (life, disability, dental, vision, voluntary) in the Utah market. Build broker and client relationships, develop strategic sales plans, grow renewals and new business for 2,000–4,999 life groups, coordinate cross-functionally for implementation, and track pipeline and sales activity to meet territory goals.

Manage relationships with third-party administrators, vendors, brokers, and Korea-based clients. Negotiate domestic and international vendor and client contracts and SLAs, monitor vendor performance, lead renewals, handle claims escalations, deliver Korean-language onboarding presentations and materials, translate portal/content, and pursue new business opportunities with brokers.

The Account Executive will support MetLife's growth by engaging with local advisors, managing accounts, and strengthening client relationships to improve insurance offerings.

Drive new sales and growth for General Agents, Third-Party Administrators, Associations, Unions, and Trusts. Build and maintain intermediary relationships, create regional growth plans, execute sales strategies, coordinate stewardship meetings, and partner with internal sales, service, implementation, and underwriting teams. Support national events and travel as needed.

The Account Executive will sell Group Benefits products, maintain a book of business, develop strategic client relationships, and provide financial consulting support.

Manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of large employer clients (5,000+ lives). Serve as primary relationship owner, lead account strategy, drive sales and profitable growth, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee broker relationships, and manage financial and risk outcomes for group benefits offerings.
