Provide technical leadership for SLED sales: design and present Rubrik hybrid cloud data management solutions, qualify opportunities, lead technical sales calls/demos, and act as trusted advisor to customers and internal teams to meet regional revenue goals.

Manage and validate renewal quotes for installed base to maximize retention and revenue. Ensure SKU, pricing, contract accuracy; identify refresh/upgrade opportunities; maintain renewal pipeline; analyze large datasets for adoption, retention, and expansion insights; coordinate across field and inside account teams.

Provide technical direction and pre-sales support to regional account teams: drive pipeline, lead demos and POCs, architect Rubrik data resilience and observability solutions, qualify opportunities, and act as trusted technical advisor to customers and internal teams.

Perform outbound and inbound prospecting to identify and qualify enterprise customers, book meetings for account executives, use Salesforce and Salesloft to manage leads, collaborate with field sales, follow inbound lead SLAs, and develop sales skills through coaching and training. Native/Fluent Swedish required; must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Support pre-sales as an Inside Sales Engineer for North East territories: design and present Rubrik hybrid cloud data management solutions, lead technical demos, qualify opportunities, advise customers and partners, and support account teams to meet regional revenue goals.

Outbound and inbound prospecting to book qualified enterprise meetings. Research and personalise messaging, qualify leads via email, phone and LinkedIn, use Salesforce and Salesloft to manage activities, collaborate with field sales, and meet targets. Dutch fluency and strong communication, organization, and objection-handling skills required.

Lead pre-sales technical efforts for enterprise accounts in Michigan: drive demos, POCs, pipeline generation, and architect Rubrik solutions. Act as trusted advisor, qualify opportunities, collaborate with account teams and partners, and present to technical and executive stakeholders to meet sales objectives.
