Lead Shield AI’s Polish X-BAT and autonomy capture campaign, owning business development from stakeholder engagement and requirements shaping through demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, contract award, and follow-on programs. Build relationships with military, government, industry, and defense stakeholders while coordinating engineering, product, legal, and program teams. Represent technically complex air-combat and autonomy solutions to strategic and operational audiences.

Drives business development and specialist sales for Aechelon simulation products across defense, aviation, and synthetic training markets. Builds customer and partner relationships, identifies and qualifies opportunities, manages forecasts and pipelines, supports demonstrations, proposals, quotations, and capture efforts, and translates simulation capabilities into mission-relevant customer value. Collaborates with sales, product, engineering, programs, contracts, marketing, and finance teams to advance complex technology pursuits and maintain accurate internal alignment.

Analyzes and manages the X-BAT opportunity pipeline across near- and long-term horizons. Maintains Salesforce data integrity, reporting standards, dashboards, and forecast visibility. Partners with Capture, Finance, business development, and program teams to evaluate opportunities, identify pipeline risks, support revenue planning, and recommend portfolio actions. Coordinates data corrections, scenario analysis, risk mitigation, and recurring pipeline-to-finance reviews.

Drive international sales growth for Shield AI’s Aechelon simulation portfolio. Partner with regional sales teams to identify and advance opportunities, engage defense and government customers, support demonstrations and proposals, develop competitive positioning, and coordinate complex pursuits across internal teams and international partners.

Supports business development by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining Salesforce pipelines, coordinating stakeholders, and managing meetings, events, travel, records, and communications. Builds relationships with government departments and regulatory authorities, monitors relevant policies, coordinates approvals and licenses, represents the organization at industry events, and advises leadership on Australia’s regulatory and policy environment.

Provides customer-facing technical expertise for defense simulation, synthetic environments, image generation, and AI-enabled mission systems. Supports discovery, demonstrations, technical briefings, RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and capture activities across Spain, Europe, NATO, and allied markets. Translates mission and training needs into solution concepts, explains simulation architectures and use cases, develops technical sales materials, and represents customer feedback to cross-functional teams. Requires deep defense simulation experience, strong technical communication, Spanish and English fluency, and international travel.

Customer-facing technical expert supporting sales, demonstrations, proposals, and solution development for Shield AI’s Hivemind autonomy platform across Poland, Eastern Europe, NATO, and EURAF markets. Translates defense customer missions and integration constraints into feasible autonomy concepts, collaborates with business development and engineering teams, creates technical sales content, and represents product capabilities accurately. Requires strong autonomy or defense technology expertise, international customer experience, Polish and English fluency, and international travel.

Drive business development and account growth for Hivemind autonomy solutions across India’s defense and government markets. Own the full sales lifecycle, develop capture and territory strategies, shape and close complex opportunities, build relationships with defense stakeholders, lead proposals, conduct competitive analysis, and maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene. Partner with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and leadership teams to align customer missions with technical solutions and expand international revenue.

Translates defense customer missions, CONOPs, and integration constraints into feasible solution concepts, demonstrations, proposals, and technical materials. Partners with business development, product, engineering, and program teams while explaining capabilities, limitations, and roadmap considerations to diverse stakeholders. Builds customer relationships and supports international defense modernization and capture activities.
