Own high-volume, multi-channel prospecting across strategic and enterprise accounts in ANZ. Run account-based outreach in Salesloft/Salesforce, mentor junior SDRs, partner with AEs to build enterprise pipeline, refine messaging and playbooks, and consistently exceed pipeline and meeting-generation targets.

Lead regional channel partner strategy and execution across the US West territory. Recruit, enable, and manage security-focused partners, align them with Snyk sales teams, drive pipeline and performance, and run regular business reviews and reporting.

Lead and manage a Mid-Enterprise sales team focused on land-and-expand motions. Forecast renewals and new business, partner with Sales Ops and Customer Success to identify expansion and commercial risk, run status meetings and QBRs, join customer calls to close deals, and drive process and tooling improvements to scale team performance.
