Temporary B2B Operations Representative responsible for inbound/outbound engagement with Uzbek-speaking business customers, selling salary cards, onboarding customers to first transfer, distributing/activating cards on-site and at airports, and driving retention and engagement to meet monthly sales targets.

Develop and manage strategic payments partnerships across APAC with banks, processors, mobile wallets, and other providers. Lead negotiations, contract execution, onboarding, go-live, renewals, product expansion, and joint roadmaps. Drive cost, speed, quality, working capital, and product enablement metrics while collaborating with product, engineering, legal, marketing, operations, finance, and regulatory teams. Monitor market and regulatory developments, provide competitive insights, and adapt partnership strategies to achieve growth and customer experience goals.

Manage and grow strategic remittance and payments partnerships across North and West Africa. Drive commercial, product, and operational performance; negotiate contracts and renewals; onboard partners; engage regulators; analyze partner metrics; resolve escalations; coordinate cross-functional teams; and frequently travel to support partner strategy and growth.
