As a Solutions Engineer at Lob, you'll engage with customers to provide technical support, assist in onboarding, and influence product direction. You'll lead technical discussions, develop implementation strategies, and enhance customer experience by reducing engineering friction. You'll also work closely with Sales and Account Management to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
