Create instructional materials, run instructor-led and virtual sessions, support sales enablement (tools, compliance, AI features), track training metrics, collaborate with leaders, and analyze outcomes to improve sales performance.

Drive long-term revenue by developing relationships with small business clients, manage prospective and existing client portfolio in CRM, identify and close new sales opportunities, meet performance metrics, apply deal-structuring strategies, and improve processes.

Qualify and engage leads via outbound calls and follow-ups, move prospects through the sales funnel, connect qualified leads to sales, meet performance metrics, and attend training to improve sales effectiveness.

Qualify and engage inbound and outbound leads via phone and email, move prospects through the sales funnel to account executives, follow up regularly, attend sales trainings, and meet assigned performance metrics reporting to the SDR Team Lead.
