Manage and grow relationships with top prosumer derivatives traders to drive volume across futures, options, and perpetuals. Source and convert high-value traders from competitors, reactivate dormant accounts, maintain pipeline and forecasts, deliver market and client insights to Product/Risk/Marketing, and use data-driven strategies and CRM tooling to prioritize outreach and upsell opportunities.

Manage day-to-day operations of card issuing and payment network partnerships, track KPIs and milestones, analyze partner performance and opportunities, coordinate cross-functional launches with legal/compliance/product/marketing/finance, prepare partner briefings and business reviews, and surface data-driven recommendations to improve partner performance.

Own and grow Coinbase's most strategic institutional prime finance relationships, driving multi-product expansion and onboarding. Serve as senior escalation point, coordinate across legal, credit, operations, and product, originate business with Sales and Trading, and build scalable coverage models, playbooks, and mentor junior team members.

Lead derivatives sales and regional growth across UAE, MENA and Europe by sourcing, onboarding, and managing professional traders. Define and execute market-entry and multi-year sales strategies, localize products with Product/Risk/Compliance, represent Coinbase at events, and build scalable CRM and sales processes to grow derivatives revenue.
