Serve as primary GM service support contact for high-volume fleet customers, resolving service issues, minimizing vehicle downtime, administering warranty agreements, supporting dealers and field sales, providing on-site technical support for complex issues, and partnering with internal stakeholders to maintain customer satisfaction and support sales.
