Lead and coach a team of Provider Recruiting Associates to scale Nourish's provider network. Manage daily scorecards, review calls, deliver targeted coaching, hire and onboard new reps, implement performance management, and foster a high-accountability team culture while partnering with Director, data, and operations to hit activity and output targets.

The Strategic Account Manager will shape strategy and execution to unlock health system access, build target lists, establish relationships, and drive collaboration across teams.

The Payer Partnerships Director will lead partnership strategy and business development with health plans, design value-based deals, and foster relationships with executive stakeholders, while also influencing product and growth strategies by incorporating payer feedback.
