Leads operational transformation initiatives across underwriting and operations, from opportunity identification through implementation and value realization. Responsibilities include process improvement, business case development, workflow optimization, governance, value tracking, process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption. Partners with cross-functional business, product, data, technology, and leadership teams to improve operating models, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver measurable operational outcomes.

Lead CS&R business operations: manage vendor relationships, run performance scorecards and metrics reporting, craft executive presentations and dashboards, coordinate meetings and budgets, support tools and onboarding, and independently deliver special projects to improve productivity and team engagement.

Lead operational transformation across North America: identify and prioritize process improvements, develop business cases, coordinate implementation, manage change adoption, track value realization, maintain process documentation, and build cross-functional stakeholder alignment to improve efficiency, scalability, and frontline outcomes.
