Support episodic post-production by coordinating schedules, tracking timelines, deliverables, budgets, and documentation. Assist Project Managers with client communication, shift handoffs, issue tracking and escalation, scheduling coordination, billing support, and process improvements.

Support acquisitions and original content production by managing deal flow, financial modelling and P&Ls, catalog/licence management, invoices, market research, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships to drive greenlight decisions.

Manage FF&E procurement and project management for multiple hotel/resort projects: control budgets and schedules, review specifications, execute RFPs/RFIs and contracts, coordinate sourcing, warehousing, freight, and installation, and ensure projects close out on time and on budget.

Support creation, tracking, and delivery of game assets by building schedules, tracking progress and dependencies, coordinating priorities across disciplines, facilitating reviews and approvals, maintaining production tools, and escalating risks to production leadership to ensure milestone readiness.

Lead and scale asset production pipelines for a large AAA game, managing Associate Producers, vendors, and co-development partners. Define workflows for intake, tracking, review, approval, integration and delivery; ensure visibility across priorities, dependencies, risks and milestones; maintain asset tracking systems (e.g., Jira); coordinate cross-discipline stakeholders; produce delivery reports and support milestone readiness and quality gates.
