Manage cloud and AI consulting engagements end-to-end as a billable project manager: plan and track projects, manage budgets, risks, change orders, resources and third-party partners, provide status reporting, and liaise with clients and teams to ensure deliverables and milestones are met.

Support program management tasks, MILCON documentation (DD Form 1391), version control, and ensure deliverable quality and compliance with government standards.

Lead large-scale infrastructure modernization programs in secure federal/DoD/IC environments, managing planning through operational transition for data center, network, cloud, and base modernization. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope/schedule/budget, oversee vendors, ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards (RMF, NIST, Zero Trust), provide executive reporting and stakeholder briefings, and drive continuous improvement.

The Senior Program Manager leads the planning and execution of complex programs for Marine Corps Installations Command, managing lifecycle and aligning with mission requirements. Responsibilities include program planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
