Lead commercial and operational coordination for strategic M&A integrations within Product and Engineering. Align stakeholders, manage integration P&L and workforce plans, drive close readiness across multiple workstreams, resolve risks and blockers, maintain issue registers and executive reporting, and establish governance and operating cadences to ensure seamless post-close execution and cross-functional alignment.
