Leads implementations, governance, scope, risk, change, and resourcing; designs and launches agentic workflows; provides change management; liaises with sales, partners, product, and customer success to ensure adoption and smooth handoffs.

Lead enterprise content governance for Knowledge Atlas and Product Content: define taxonomy, quality standards, playbooks, and operating models; partner with cross-functional teams and Engineering to implement governance tooling, run enablement, monitor metrics, and scale AI-native content practices.

Manage end-to-end operational readiness for new commercial models and product pricing across ServiceNow. Lead cross-functional planning, testing, change control, enablement, launch, and post-deployment support. Build execution plans, run Scrum rituals, track metrics, document pricing policies, and partner with Pricing Strategy, Revenue, Finance, Order-to-Cash, and Digital teams to operationalize SaaS product releases and pricing frameworks.
