Manage end-to-end customer engagements for SailPoint solutions, including project planning, scoping, budgeting, staffing, risk management, client communication, escalations, documentation, billing, and profitability. Support presales activities such as presentations, RFP responses, proposals, and statements of work. Partner with sales, customer success, and internal teams while identifying expansion opportunities and coaching direct reports.

Orchestrate the global Forward Deployed Engineering pre-sales pipeline across modernization and net-new opportunities. Manage intake, scheduling, discovery workshops, technical deep-dives, engagement timelines, resource coordination, deal velocity tracking, pipeline reporting, and bottleneck mitigation. Support the Engagement Manager and Director with executive presentations, enablement sessions, meeting preparation, and stakeholder alignment while establishing scalable processes for predictable FDE engagements.

Manage post-acquisition integration programs and workstreams within SailPoint’s Integration Management Office. Responsibilities include creating integration plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and TSA deliverables; coordinating cross-functional teams; supporting due diligence and Day 1 readiness; preparing executive status reports; improving integration playbooks; and leading complex integrations while managing budgets, risks, and synergies.

Owner of SailPoint's SaaS QMS: maintain policies, coordinate evidence and audits across multiple frameworks, run internal audit and CAPA programs, embed quality in engineering workflows, support GxP vendor qualification for life-sciences accounts, and drive evidence automation and continuous improvement.
