Run end-to-end programme delivery for Remitly's Ambassador Programme: own the master plan, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage SaaS platform onboarding, sequence ambassador recruitment across markets, produce senior reporting, surface risks, and document processes and playbooks to enable scale.

Lead strategy, performance, and day-to-day management of outsourced BPO customer operations. Own vendor relationships, SLAs, capacity planning, contracts, and multi-site improvement programs. Drive data-driven initiatives with Product, Workforce, Quality, and Finance to improve CX, operational efficiency, and scale global operations.
