Lead end-to-end execution of MILCOTS vehicle programs, owning scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and P&L. Manage cross-functional program teams, ensure vehicle integration and manufacturability, serve as primary customer interface, support capture/proposals, and develop program staff while ensuring compliance with export control and safety requirements.

Coordinate software delivery and release readiness for SDV Mechatronics Infrastructure across builds and programs. Track milestones, part numbers, and artifacts; manage risks, issues, escalations, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely, quality software deliveries.
