Lead platform engineering projects for an on-premises virtual cloud (VC3), translating tenant needs into engineering plans. Manage DevOps engineers, track cost/schedule/technical performance, assess risks, maintain dashboards and service levels, ensure DoD/BAE compliance, and drive process and team development across cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead large-scale facility modernization and expansion capital projects exceeding $100 million. Manage cross-functional teams, project schedules, budgets, risks, quality, financial performance, subcontractors, and suppliers. The role requires substantial project management experience in defense, construction, oil and gas, or chemical industries.
