Requires collaboration with technical teams, stakeholders, management, and customers in a fully on-site environment.

Manage the Solvent Value Stream program: coordinate production scheduling, cost monitoring, proposals, stakeholder alignment (Ops, SCM, Finance), risk and opportunity management, KPI tracking, and long-range business planning to meet forecasts and support contracts.

Lead development and maintenance of integrated master plans (IMP) and integrated master schedules (IMS) for THAAD programs. Monitor schedule performance, perform risk and critical path analysis, integrate subcontract schedules, support proposals, and produce customer reports while ensuring EVMS and DoD scheduling compliance.

Manage production program transitions and ramps for Small Form Factor Solutions, coordinating factories, supply chain, engineering, quality, and budgets. Drive schedule, risk mitigation, dual-source strategies, product returns, and cross-functional execution while ensuring program forecasts and customer deliverables are met. Requires active Secret clearance.

Lead platform engineering projects for an on-premises virtual cloud (VC3), translating tenant needs into engineering plans. Manage DevOps engineers, track cost/schedule/technical performance, assess risks, maintain dashboards and service levels, ensure DoD/BAE compliance, and drive process and team development across cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead large-scale facility modernization and expansion capital projects exceeding $100 million. Manage cross-functional teams, project schedules, budgets, risks, quality, financial performance, subcontractors, and suppliers. Provide status reporting to executive leadership and government customers, develop technical proposals and statements of work, and ensure timely project delivery. The role requires substantial project management experience in defense, construction, oil and gas, or chemical industries.
