Leads enterprise IT and organizational change initiatives, driving adoption, readiness, communications, training, stakeholder engagement, resistance management, and change reinforcement. Manages project change deliverables and serves as Deployment IPT lead for go-live, cutover, and formal IT change processes. Develops executive-level communications and presentations while coordinating PMO and program objectives. Supports large-scale transitions across IT infrastructure, applications, PMO processes, and governance.
