Lead and deliver strategic global operations programs across labs, field, quality and enterprise initiatives. Develop scalable project management processes, manage execution, budgets, risks and stakeholders, coach project managers, perform business and financial analysis, and drive change management and strategic communications with executive and regional stakeholders.

Support document control projects by managing document workflows, ensuring SOP compliance, assisting users, coordinating project activities, supporting system testing and deployments, preparing basic reports, and identifying process improvements.

Support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of conformity assessment programs. Monitor regulatory changes (Inmetro, Anatel), conduct research and analysis, translate requirements into procedures, collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, and support certification scheme management and quality/operational teams.

Coordinate sample-based compliance projects through submission, testing, review, and closure. Track and document samples and project records, communicate with clients and internal teams, resolve nonconformances with Engineering and Laboratory partners, and support process improvements and reporting. Manage assigned workload with supervision while developing product-category knowledge and ensuring timely project movement and accurate project records.
