Lead the vision and strategy for Deliverability & Connectivity at Apollo.io by managing messaging infrastructure, ensuring reliable execution, and enhancing customer trust within the GTM stack.

Lead design and delivery of Apollo's enterprise control plane: permissions, roles, admin workflows, manager controls, territory and assignment, and governance. Define a standard permission model, admin and manager experiences, and instrumentation to support large-scale customers, improve security and reduce admin-driven friction, and enable enterprise adoption and expansion.

Lead development and execution of global pricing and packaging strategies for Apollo.io. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance to build usage-based and PLG-aligned monetization models, partner with external consultants, and create business cases to drive revenue and profitability across product lines.
