Supports domestic settlement of equity, fixed-income, and cash transactions through DTC and Federal Reserve platforms. Supports complex lending transactions within Corporate and Investment Banking middle-office operations. Acts as an intermediary between front and back office, executes credit structures and non-standard transactions, advises deal teams, supports audits and regulatory inquiries, improves procedures, resolves operational issues, and mentors junior staff. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and on-site work under a hybrid schedule.

Supports branch operations by processing and approving teller transactions, assisting customers, resolving operational issues, identifying financial needs, and connecting customers with bankers and digital banking solutions. The role also supports branch scheduling, risk and fraud prevention, complaint escalation, compliance procedures, and team motivation. Saturday availability is expected, and Chinese Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Supervise teller operations and risk controls, deliver excellent customer service, manage teller schedules, coach and develop staff, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with banking and Loan Originator regulations.

Provide personalized, front-line banking support across multiple branches within a district. Handle account openings, service requests, credit applications, and teller/cash-handling transactions.
