The Deal Operations Analyst creates and approves quotes, processes bookings, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline order processing and ensure compliance with company policies.

Provide billing support across email, ticketing, and live chat channels; own billing issues end-to-end; handle invoices, payments, refunds, subscriptions, renewals and cancellations; use Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira and Confluence; triage and escalate issues, surface sales/renewal opportunities, meet SLAs, and work rotational shifts in a 24/5 coverage model.
