The Overnight Shift Replenishment Lead at Hungryroot is responsible for supporting the outbound associates in replenishment, packing, check weight, palletizing, and shipping areas. They will assist in training new employees, maintain a high level of housekeeping, and ensure adherence to health & safety policies. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and basic computer skills.

The Category Lead will manage and expand Hungryroot's assortment of snacks, sweets, supplements, and grains & pastas, overseeing supply chain operations such as assortment planning, vendor selection, pricing, and merchandising. The role involves data-driven decision-making to optimize categories and build strong vendor relationships, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
