Coordinate with claim specialists, QA, supervisors, employers, employees, and medical providers to ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution within recommended 5-business-day TAT across federal, state, and company leave programs.

Manage ADA standalone claims and leave administration: evaluate eligibility, make initial claim decisions, recertify health conditions, track intermittent claims, confirm return-to-work, update systems, and communicate with employees, employers, physicians, and internal claims teams to meet compliance and TAT requirements.

Researches and processes dental claims and customer email inquiries, adjudicating claims per guidelines, applying HIPAA, using multiple systems, meeting quality and productivity targets, handling escalations, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Serve on the ServiceNow Platform team to translate business needs into technical solutions, design UI mock-ups and functional requirements, analyze ITIL processes, identify automation and process improvements, produce technical documentation, and participate in Agile ceremonies to drive adoption and platform governance.

Provide high-level administrative support to Private Equity and Direct Lending teams: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare expense reports, organize confidential documents and meeting materials, maintain Salesforce contacts, handle phone/IT triage, and support office processes and senior-level meeting coordination.

Lead continuous improvement and process reengineering for Sales Compensation Admin (onshore and offshore). Map and redesign processes, define and re-baseline metrics, identify automation opportunities, and perform data analysis (including 'Not In Good Order' analysis). Coordinate with Sales, Service, Stateside and GOSC teams to design metrics and processes that support products and improve process health.

Process new business cases and policy issuance using MetLife systems: retrieve and review sold case files, update group and class structures, order dental cards when applicable, reconcile first-bill audits, generate policies/certificates, send templated emails, and complete tasks in WorkDesk/Bizflow and MetLink.

Act as the primary compliance advisor within Agency Offices, delivering guidance, training, audits, and labor/operational management while supporting governance, reporting, and corrective actions to strengthen sales office compliance.
