The Technology Solution Center Analyst Lead provides technical support, manages business process analysis, resolves incidents, and supports leadership in various projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, support change and incident processes, and contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Lead a high-volume service desk team delivering multi-channel (chat, phone, onsite) technical support. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues, manage incidents in ServiceNow/ITSM, handle escalations, drive process and knowledge-base improvements, perform data/trend analysis, and support training and product rollouts while maintaining security and customer service standards.

Develop and maintain endpoint automation and configuration using PowerShell, SQL, and 1E SCALE. Support SCCM and Intune device management, M365 administration, Windows client troubleshooting, API integrations, and reporting (Power BI). Participate in ITIL processes via ServiceNow and assist with Zscaler security monitoring to reduce incidents and improve end-user experience.

The Business Continuity Lead will oversee business continuity plans, execute resilience strategies, ensure compliance with regulations, and guide audits. They will also manage business recovery and crisis management initiatives.
