Responsible for technical support of investment account operations, providing training, resolving complex issues, mentoring staff, and ensuring quality assurance.

Analyze and resolve casework within defined turnaround times; perform in-depth research, escalate complex issues, document cases, and communicate with field and home office partners. Support team collaboration, help colleagues, and pursue personal learning and growth.

Support and improve SPS operational processes and systems. Execute repeatable workflows (including tax and family office services), build and validate reporting and dashboards, contribute to automation and integrations, lead projects, coordinate stakeholders, document processes, and train/backup teammates to scale operations and improve efficiency.
