Oversee digital assets initiatives at BlackRock, leading strategy development, team operations, and client engagements while managing cross-functional projects.

Manage day-to-day non-investment business operations including budget management, resource allocation, strategic planning support, and cross-functional coordination. Track business metrics, respond to corporate requests, implement process improvements, and support business unit leadership on operational execution and planning. Partner with Finance, HR, and corporate functions.
