Manage OneTag platform onboarding, tag stewardship, data quality and observability, and process optimization for Consumer Behavior Analytics. Partner with product and technology teams to improve onboarding, establish preventative and detective data controls, and replace manual workflows with scalable automation. Lead cross-functional alignment, communicate progress and risks, resolve ambiguity, and advance enterprise frameworks, compliance workstreams, and stewardship initiatives.

Leads operational readiness for client onboarding, validates workflows and procedures, provides production support, resolves payment-network issues, manages operational risks, and drives process improvements. Uses Excel and Google Sheets for pivot tables, data aggregation, trend analysis, and root-cause investigation. Builds subject-matter expertise, evaluates operational solutions, and collaborates with technical teams and business leaders to support digital payment ecosystems.
