Lead the architecture and evolution of GTM systems, managing a small team and collaborating across departments to enhance revenue workflows and implement AI-driven capabilities.

Provide technical support for the iManage product suite: diagnose and resolve software/configuration issues, collaborate with customers and integrators, maintain deep knowledge of Windows servers, networking, databases, web and mobile technologies, document best practices, and proactively reduce problem recurrence.
