The Director of Government Affairs will lead advocacy strategies, build relationships with policymakers, and influence health policy to support early cancer detection.

Supervise a call-center customer service team, manage daily operations and workloads, coach and develop staff, handle escalations, monitor performance and SLAs, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Provide onsite Mac-first end-user technical support including hardware, software, identity, networking, and collaboration tools. Troubleshoot devices and connectivity, perform device imaging and lifecycle management with Jamf, provision accounts via Okta/MFA, maintain IT asset records, escalate complex incidents, support conference-room AV, create documentation, and participate in deployments and process improvements.
