The VIP Operations Manager - US will be responsible for managing and developing a VIP customer service team, leading and motivating the team to cultivate relationships with VIP customers, revising department policies and procedures, providing regular feedback, tracking performance, ensuring responsible gambling controls, and implementing processes to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsible for expanding and retaining player numbers for VIP portfolio, developing VIP program, leading VIP team, implementing Responsible Gambling controls, managing VIP promotional strategies, collaborating with product teams, and tracking performance against targets.

The Trading Assistant will provide administrative support to traders, monitor live events for settlement of wagers, verify and create events on the website, and communicate with external sources. Flexible working hours including weekends and evenings are required.
