As the Executive Assistant, you will manage complex scheduling, travel logistics, and support for the Co-CEO and leadership team, ensuring operational efficiency and effective communication across diverse teams and time zones.

Lead cross-functional programs and process design to scale company operations. Drive AI-first adoption (LLMs, internal agents), standardize software stacks, build operating cadence and reporting, optimize supply chain automation, and deliver a quarterly initiative roadmap in partnership with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
