Leads Babylist’s editorial, branded content, social, creator and influencer marketing, community programs, and podcasts. Builds an affiliate creator program from the ground up, establishes content strategy and operating models, directs social-native video, balances editorial integrity with sponsored content, and drives acquisition through organic and paid distribution. Manages a multi-format content leadership team and partners across marketing, creative, and brand strategy to measure performance and scale growth.

Build and own Babylist’s proactive PR and communications strategy across consumer, corporate, executive, product, partnerships, culture, and social impact narratives. Develop thought leadership, ghostwrite executive content, secure high-impact media and podcast placements, manage PR and influencer agencies, lead awards strategy, create communications playbooks and collateral, and measure impact. The role requires East Coast availability and short-notice travel to NYC.

Lead TikTok strategy and day-to-day social presence, creating and producing platform-native short-form video, managing creator partnerships, setting and tracking KPIs, translating audience signals into content, and building scalable systems across social channels while collaborating cross-functionally.
