Own product marketing for New Relic Logs, including positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, competitive differentiation, pricing and packaging narratives, content creation, customer research, and performance measurement. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Enablement, Competitive Intelligence, and Analyst Relations. Translate technical log management, telemetry cost, retention, tiering, and analytics concepts into compelling narratives for technical and executive audiences.

Leads New Relic’s global visual and conceptual brand identity across campaigns, digital experiences, product launches, events, and executive communications. Manages and mentors a multidisciplinary creative team, develops campaign creative strategy, partners with marketing and executive stakeholders, translates complex technical concepts into compelling visuals, uses analytics and AI to optimize production, and oversees external agencies and creative partners.

Lead and scale New Relic's global competitive intelligence program covering observability, monitoring, and AIOps. Build technical battlecards, playbooks, and a CI platform; run win/loss analysis; brief executives and GTM; integrate CI into CRM and enablement tools; and deploy AI/agentic workflows to keep competitive content actionable across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
