Leads Smartly’s User Guidance function, managing a small technical writing team while remaining hands-on. Owns the Knowledge Base strategy, information architecture, content quality, and integration of product knowledge across documentation, in-product guidance, APIs, MCP, support AI, and agentic experiences. Partners with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Support, and Customer Success teams; uses analytics to identify gaps and improve customer self-service and AI retrieval. Requires working three days weekly from Smartly’s Helsinki office.

Supports Smartly’s corporate communications, public relations, social media, and content initiatives. Responsibilities include drafting messaging and social copy, researching journalists and industry trends, assisting with press materials, tracking media coverage, coordinating timelines, maintaining content calendars, and supporting reporting and documentation. The intern will work with global communications leadership on internal and external campaigns while developing practical marketing and communications experience.

The Product Marketing Lead will drive the go-to-market strategy for CTV, leading initiatives to engage agencies and brand advertisers, ensuring Smartly's CTV capabilities align with market needs and revenue targets while mentoring the PMM organization.
