Lead PagerDuty’s industry analyst relations program by developing strategy, shaping category messaging, building analyst relationships, coordinating briefings, supporting executive spokespeople, managing program data and calendars, prioritizing information requests, and measuring marketing and sales impact. Lead developer advocacy by building sample apps and demos against the PagerDuty API, writing technical content, speaking at events, engaging developer communities, routing product feedback, and enabling internal stakeholders. Focus includes incident management, operational resilience, and AI/agentic capabilities. Hybrid role with expected in-office presence and up to 25% travel.

Lead and run PagerDuty's competitive intelligence program: monitor competitors, deliver battlecards and enablement to sales, perform win/loss analysis, train field teams, partner with product and PMM, and use AI/automation to speed research and content delivery to improve win rates.
