The role supports pipeline creation, customer acquisition, registration targets, executive meetings, and brand growth.

Lead PagerDuty’s industry analyst relations program by developing strategy, shaping category messaging, building analyst relationships, coordinating briefings, supporting executive spokespeople, managing program data and calendars, prioritizing information requests, and measuring marketing and sales impact. Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities. The role requires enterprise technology communications or product marketing experience, strong content creation and program management skills, and familiarity with analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC.

Manage and coordinate monthly product drops and biannual launches. Create and maintain launch plans, run planning and status meetings, collaborate cross-functionally, drive process improvements, and ensure timely execution and communication to stakeholders.
