Leads development and implementation of community cohorts and learning networks supporting economic growth in lower-income communities. Designs learning experiences, convenings, selection processes, outreach, technical assistance, and progress monitoring. Helps develop communications strategy and communicate initiative progress to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborates with community organizations, consultants, policymakers, financial institutions, and internal teams on housing, small business, and other local economic development topics.
